2. Contract Formation A legally binding contract is formed between you and Herbaferm Ltd only when:

  2. We have received and successfully processed your payment.

  3. We have sent you an Order Confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraudulent activity, pricing or typographical errors, or product unavailability.
